Q. How soon can you collect my delivery?

A. We aim to collect within 1 hour of your call, although 90% are collected within 30 minutes... (time of day and traffic conditions allowing).

Q. How do I know when my delivery has been made?

A. We can ring, sms or email you once we have dropped off your goods. We will also inform you of the time of delivery and the name of the person who signed for it.

Q. How can I pay for the delivery service?

A. Cash on collection or delivery, company cheque, bacs or by card.

We accept:

Early Payment Discounts For Business Customers

• Gold Payment: Pay within 7 days and receive 5%
  
• Silver Payment: Pay within 14 days and receive 3%

Standard Payment Terms Are 30 Days From Invoice

Q. What time do you deliver?

A. We can deliver your goods at anytime you request. We provide a 24 hour day and night service.

Q. Are my goods insured?

A. Yes we are insured to the value of £25,000. We can increase this for very valuable loads on request but an additional special cover charge will need to be made.
